Please help me get FastCGI working with nginx

Correct - I am referring to Apach'e ability to dynamically spawn FastCGI servers.  I'm not sure what if any advantage there would be to that compared to using php-fpm (very nice BTW!) which I now have working, other than perhaps the fact that it would be more of an out of the box solution.
