mod_zip 1.1.3: optional CRC-32's

  *) Feature: If the CRC-32 field is set to "-", the checksum will be 
calculated on the fly (note: mod_zip will then disable support for the "Range" 
header).

  *) Bugfix: occasional crash when files returned 404

  *) Bugfix: better compatibility with Safari on Mac OS X (but only when 
CRC-32's are provided)
