Are you sure that you need PATH_INFO ?
BTW, "fastcgi_index index.php" is useless here. It's required to map
"/some/uri/" to "path/to/index.php". As fastcgi_index inside
"location ~ \.php$", then "/some/uri" simply will never handled in this
location.
