Large file upload issues (>10MB)

Its quite strange... sometimes the uploading is complete, and sometimes I
get the previosly mentioned message:
The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later. 

But if everything goes OK, I print out the $_POST and $_FIlES:

But in about 90% of all tries, the uploading fails. Any ideas why?
