ngx_http_upstream_hash_module with the latest stable nginx version?

I am running nginx/0.7.1 with the upstream hash module. I had to modify the 
nginx-0.5.21.patch file a bit (changing the directory names). I'm not sure 
if everything behind the scenes is fine as well, but I haven't had any 
problems either.
