(fast)cgi and nginx - there has to be a better way

So its allready Christmas time? :)

But as I have allready written things I'd like to see in nginx would be:

1. Global location ( location / in http scope ) which would affect all 
server {} blocks
2. To be able to use IF() for majority of config options (I suppose this is 
the tricky part) and that it would 'stack' rather than use the last valid 
statement.
