hello about nginx 0.6 or 0.7 ssi

hello 

i found the nginx is not transact "include virtual "
example :
is right!
but  is not transact! then it output  "[an error occurred while processing the directive]"  ......
Tis error  is configure error or programme problem ?

Please help me !
