feature request: a variant of -g which allow overriding global directive.

Such thing might be useful for init script maker and co.

Basically, instead of giving error such as

> ~/apps/nginx/sbin/nginx -g 'worker_processes 8;'
[emerg]: "worker_processes" directive is duplicate in
/home/me/apps/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:1

it should just override the directive (probably with warning or information).
