Panel on Multilingual Web Sites at WWW2009

I am looking for a panelist going to WWW2009.org (or living near  
Madrid) and familiar with nginx. The panel is on the 24 April 2009. A  
plus, but not essential: interest in multilingualism, other servers,  
browsers and content management systems. Please email me directly, not
