Put your params in a separate file and include them wherever they are
needed:
location ~ \.php$ {
include /etc/nginx/fastcgi_params;
fastcgi_pass 127.0.0.1:11003;
fastcgi_param HTTPS on;
}
This doesn't incur any additional overhead.
