these are the changes i had to do
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_NAME $host$fastcgi_script_name;
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME /$host$fastcgi_script_name;
fastcgi_param PATH_INFO /$host$fastcgi_script_name;
