Just found a solution. It's a Phusion Passenger problem. They hardcoded timeout in 60 seconds in versions prior to 2.2.5. Version 2.2.5 hardcoded it to 10 minutes.... Marcello Posted at Nginx Forum: http://forum.nginx.org/read.php?2,3612,8297#msg-8297
