Why my server (nginx+php(fastcgi) )can't execute cgi?

[zhxd]

Hi,all!
I sourcecode compile nginx php(with php-fpm)on CentOS.
It can execute PHP,now.
I ceate a website by cgi,but it can't execute CGI.
When I visit the cgi url,it show the cgi file download window.
