Why my server (nginx+php(fastcgi) )can't execute cgi?

I sourcecode compile nginx with '--enable-fastcgi' '--enable-fpm'
'--enable-force-cgi-redirect',before I do it,I patch the php-fpm for
php,and I want to use FastCGI to execute CGI with nginx.
Your mean my nginx can't execute CGI,that isn't my config havn't error?
Then,what I need to do?
