ngx_slab_alloc memory size calculation

hi all

i am currently implementing a queue in shared memory for a module, now i want to calculate how much memory/pages an allocation via ngx_slab_alloc ocopies in order to approximate the number of items i can put into the queue.

the memory per item differs, because they contain strings

does anybody know how to do this?
