nginx 0day exploit for nginx + fastcgi PHP

currently I can't reproduce. I am doing something wrong, I think.

I made a dummy jpeg file named foo.jpg and tried looking at
/foo.jpg/index.php and it didn't do anything. Gives me the "No input
file specified" error. Hmm.
