IPv6 bug

I am sorry but my English is poor, I can't discribe this problem
clearly.

[2001:470:1f05:117a::80] is running with apache 2.2.16 , and
[2001:4858:aaaa:1:1::80] is running with nginx 0.8.52.
"test" is a folder in document root.
