stalled cache updating

Hi List,

I'm getting this error in  my logs every few minutes.

Oct 21 16:25:21 serv01 nginx: 2010/10/21 16:25:21 [alert] 22203#0:
*28358 stalled cache updating, error:0 while closing request, client:
x.x.x.x, server: 0.0.0.0:80 

Can anyone help me understand what is causing this? We use nginx
primarily as a reverse proxy with caching.
