form http post upload problem / only 50 files possible?

Hi,
Did you have problems with more than 50 files upload at one form?
If somebody knows this problem or can point me to http limitation it
would be very helpfull form me.
It is first time when i have to upload 150 small files at once, but i
can't, only 50 first field are on form action page in array $_FILES
