Unofficial, automatically updated Github mirror of the SVN repository

We've launched an unofficial, automatically updated Github mirror of the
Nginx SVN repository. This mirror is automatically updated twice a day.

With this mirror we (Phusion) hope that we can stimulate Nginx
development!
