nginx process is abnormal?

My Nginx version is 1.0.4，OS version is redhat enterprise 6.0；
 
Yesterday, nginx process suddenly appeared abnormal, Use top command to see the system through a CPU 100% wa，
 
And same time, my ISP dns abnormal, whether the issue has a relationship with this; 
 
I know nginx-1.0.4 there is a BUG on the DNS
