Slow loading SWF files during high load

During our busier days and hours, pages that have SWF files loading on them
take a long time to load.  Granted, some of our SWF files are around half a
meg (.5 MB) so that's expected, but what specific settings in the Nginx
configuration file could assist with speeding up downloads of large files?
