help on ngnix configuration

Hi guys i have a problem with my web server configuration .
I have a virtual machine with ngnix and 5 virtual machine with apache .
I wont to reverse proxy ngnix to apache but i have only one domain :
mydomain.com
So if i typing mydomain.com/abc ngnix proxy in virtual machine 1 where is
the abc application .
proxy_pass work , but i see blank page , in fact css and image not appare .
I think the problem is ngnix search static content in localhost not in
virtual machine path .
Anyone can help me ?
