Beginner user WHM/Cpanel/PhpMysql knowledge only

Hi thanks for the fast reply.

By WHM/Cpanel/PHPMyadmin I meant to say I am used to these tools for various
tasks, but i certainly dont need them if there is a better way. Its not a
requirement and I am trying to get away from these to reduce overhead I am
just used to the nice Gui's etc they provide for tasks.

I have no idea for instance on how to create a db, username, pw, permissions
etc in a db without cpanel.
