I think that the problem isn't in Nginx.
There are a lot of PHP-FPM crashes in de PHP-FPM log...
Take a look in the changelog of the lastest PHP version:
http://php.net/ChangeLog-5.php
There are a few PHP-FPM related bugs fixed.
