PROPFIND and OPTIONS support in Nginx?

It's in our TODO, though no ETA yet.

Roman's implementation is likely ok if you can't wait, but it 
can't be imported as is due to number of reasons (the one recently 
reported on russian list: it doesn't compile on Windows).
