Nginx-1.4.1 fails when adding nginx_upload_module-2.2.0

Hello Iwitham.

For nginx starting 1.3.9, it's a known problem.

I produced a patch (a kludge then corrected by another person), and the
github issue is here :
https://github.com/vkholodkov/nginx-upload-module/issues/41

The modified patch seems to work with nginx 1.5.1.
