Try this:
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME "$document_root $fastcgi_script_name";
or this:
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME '$document_root $fastcgi_script_name';
If a parameter includes special characters, the whole parameter
should be enclosed in single or double quotes.
