Nginx does not support Forward SSL proxy connection

Just a note: support for CONNECT method != forward proxy.  It 
doesn't make other parts of code to behave like they should in 
case of forward proxy.  E.g., it won't stop proxy module from handling 
X-Accel-* headers by default, and so on.
