Build nginx on Mac OS X mavericks

Yep, we do have some local and 3rd party patches. But still not sure why it
doesn't build on mac and throws that error. Same code with patches builds
fine on ubuntu linux.
@Kevin: Thats what i followed for building the latest nginx and that worked
well. Great post.
