nginx adding index.html to requests

Your location regex wont accept /var/www_opennote/Service/
service.php/config/index.html
change it to:
location ~ ^(.+\.php)(/.+)$
# the last `$` doesn't really do much in this pattern
And try changing fastcgi_params with fastcgi.conf, since fastcgi_params
doesn't set SCRIPT_FILENAME in it.
also you may want to set PATH_INFO param.
