Delete or restart cookies - issue with chrome

Hi guys.

We have an issue with chrome.

Some day, some one make a redirect loop with own production nginx  server.
We fixed that but some users store the redirect loop on the cookies, and
report that can't show the website.

We are looking for a directive to delete the remote cookies or make
something like that.

Its same like this trouble.
