Configure core Python scripts into Nginx

[Ray Cote]

We use gUnicorn for our nginx/Django deployments.
Lots of good guidance on the gUnicorn site:
http://gunicorn-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/deploy.html
nginx is their deployment of choice...
