the nginx server could not access win2012r2's request

i install a nginx service in a centos 7 server.i can visit the nginx web page from a linux client.but i can not visit the page from a win2012r2 client.it show ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.there is no error on the nginx's logs.
