How to apply concurrent connection limit ?

Hello,


We have been providing API to our customers and want to apply concurrent 
connection limit for API calls. Would anybody let us know which module should be 
used with configuration example?


We also need to exclude (whitelist) some IPs from this connection limit and need to 
allow more connections.
