Internal Server Error !!

Hi,

   Nginx logging mp4 related error intermittently.  Following is the log :

We've changed nginx-1.6.2 banner to as follows :

nginx version: tune-webserver/1.0.4
built by gcc 4.7.2 (Debian 4.7.2-5)
configure arguments: --prefix=/etc/nginx --sbin-path=/usr/sbin/nginx
--conf-path=/etc/nginx/nginx.conf --error-log-path=/var/log/nginx/error.log
--http-log-path=/var/log/nginx/access.log --pid-path=/var/run/nginx.pid
--lock-path=/var/run/nginx.lock --user=nginx --group=nginx
--with-http_flv_module --with-http_mp4_module --with-file-aio --with-ipv6

Could anyone please assist me regarding this issue?
