proxy_cache

Dears:
    when i configuring nginx proxy_cache,some  potential problems happend? and I could not get a correct result.There is no files in my proxy_cache_path and the webpage's head of x-cache is MISS!
    I have no idea....can u help me,related configuration files and information will be shown below:
