Missing SSL directives in ngx_stream_ssl_module

Hi,

There are 10 directives missing from ngx_stream_ssl_module compared to
ngx_http_ssl_module:

  * ssl_buffer_size
  * ssl_client_certificate
  * ssl_crl
  * ssl_stapling
  * ssl_stapling_file
  * ssl_stapling_responder
  * ssl_stapling_verify
  * ssl_trusted_certificate
  * ssl_verify_client
  * ssl_verify_depth

Is there a reason why these are not included? Can we expect them being added?
