[nginx-announce] nginx-1.11.3

Hello!

When building on Cygwin on Windows 7, using the --with-stream flag, it
fails.


Here is my configure with options:
./configure --with-http_ssl_module --with-http_gzip_static_module
--with-pcre-jit --with-debug --with-http_addition_module
--with-http_auth_request_module --with-http_dav_module
--with-http_gzip_static_module --with-http_image_filter_module
--with-http_realip_module --with-http_stub_status_module
--with-http_ssl_module --with-http_sub_module --with-http_xslt_module
0--with-ipv6 --with-mail --with-mail_ssl_module

Output of section where it errors out:

I would appreciate any help. I'm not sure if this is a bug or just
incompatible on Cygwin.
