Multiple HTTP2 reverse proxy support ?

I'm trying to configure a reverse proxy for multiple domains with a single
nginx server.

Is that possible 

eg.

<Clients> ----[HTTP 2.0]-->   < Nginx >   ---[HTTP 1.1]--- > <OriginServer>
