It seems I am not. :-(

  I tried "nginx -V" and I didn't see the required option (--with-debug).

Can I find in nginx repo(s) any compiled (RPM) versions of nginx 
--with-debug enabled for CentOS 7?

It would make an admn's life a lot easier, at this very busy point in 
life...

Please advise!
