Upgradeing from stable to mainline via repo ?

Hi,

I've currently got stable installed via the NGINX Centos 7 repo.

Is there a "supported", seamless way to "upgrade" from stable to mainline via the repo ?  Or do I have to go the nuclear option via uninstall and re-install ?
