nginx-plus and nginx-asg-sync

I eventually worked out how. being a purchase through AWS marketplace I 
had to dig a little and logged a case.

In case anyone else is playing along, i was missing "zone mqtt_cluster 
64k;" from my upstream config. I was trying without the 64k.
