That's a http request to a http proxy server, not to a http server.

Are you trying to use nginx as a proxy server? Because that is going to
have some problems.

As far as the client is concerned, nginx is a http server, not a http
proxy server.


So, I guess that an architecture description might well help decide the
best way to do the thing that you want to do.
