nginx 1.10.3 reload ,failed to respond

hello everyone
I use nginx 1.10.3, when i use nginx -s reload ,my application request will 
have 

"NoHttpResponseException: helloword.com:80 faild to respond "

In my understanding, using reload will not affect the request. What is the
problem?
