packages.nginx.org IPv6 SSL is broken

It works actually. Please capture packets using tcpdump/wireshark
while running openssl s_client and provide pcap file.

In nginx-ru mailing list there was similar issue and the root cause
was in tunnel and broken PMTUD, so also try to reduce MTU on the interface.
