nginx-1.20.1-2 now requires openssl11-libs to run (centos7)?

Thanks Konstantin. Looks like EPEL took precedence over NGINX repo. Will update the nginx.repo to ensure its priority is higher. Usually EPEL ships an older nginx version so never had that in the past. I think it’s a good idea to update the nginx.repo in the doc so others won’t have this issue.
