can you please send full nginx config (to produce, run 'nginx -T')
and nginx configure options (nginx -V).

It would be also interesting to see results of vanilla nginx with https 
(and TLS 1.3) as a baseline.

What was the request used for testing? Is it request for some static 
file ? Of which size?
