how Can I Cross Compile nginx web server for arm linux?

hi 
I need to do Cross Compile Nginx Web Server to use on my target board.
I follow instructions on this tutorial

but it wasn't successful.
ps. my goal is to set up an Nginx webserver with pcre , OpenSSL and
rtmp-module on the Hi3521dv100 development board.
