LUA support with nginx is third-party -- via OpenResty

OpenResty is packaged as a standalone web platform, bundling a modified version of Nginx's opensource core.
It's possible, though not trivial, to extract lua bits from OpenResty source, and build for official Nginx.
In 2019, Nginx chose to develop its own native scripting tools -- njs,
